After The Hundred, while holding a plank, the class plays the WILD WORD GAME in which each participant says the first word that comes to mind. This will free up your demons and make you feel light as a (fallen) angel.
Next, while doing "Seated Roll-ups," the group plays THE SURREAL SENTENCE GAME with each person adding a word to co-create some weird but wonderful stories while deepening the core connection.

"The Side Kick Series" will kick your butt and warm you up to do REPETITION, the signature exercise of legendary acting teacher Sanford Meisner.
Repetition as taught by Stephen (pictured), who studied with Meisner, teaches you to surf emotional waves as they ebb and flow, thus making you a better and more present listener.
